Preparation

Regardless of the type of light-based therapy or rejuvenation available, many of the preparation steps are the same. In the days before your session, you should avoid exfoliating products or other harsh ingredients. You should take care to avoid excess sun exposure and apply sunscreen every day to optimize your skin’s health as much as possible. You should also avoid any photosensitive medications that can make you more susceptible to sunburn and melasma.

Treatment Steps and Results
